burns

While working one day on Larimer square, I tried to make some small talk with a street musician. He was a little rushed and none too patient but we talked guitars for a moment. I noticed, probably none too smoothly, that he had scars on his lips like he had burnt them. I assumed it was with a crack pipe.
So tonight i burnt my lips with a fork I was using to roast a marsh mallow over my grill. I hope everyone is not so quick to jump to conclusions.
